Update!!

Dear friends, family and partners 

I know it’s been a while since I’ve posted, a lot has happened this past few weeks and I would love to share with you! 

Part of the second year program from Charis Bible college is a mission trip. My mission trip was to Johannesburg for a week outreach. 

We ministered on the streets, in the underprivileged areas and in a church.

I will do another post with more details on the mission trip soon!

Most importantly the Lord has worked in my heart, in so many ways. I’ve discovered just a little bit of how God sees people, how much He loves, and how much He has in store for me.

With that being said, and many hours in prayer and under mentorship, I have made the decision to postpone my trip to the United States.

I believe that I will go there indeed someday, but not next year. 

I shall now be doing a leadership 3rd year course here in South Africa, in a little town called Heidelberg, in the Western Cape, 3 hours away from my current home in Cape Town.

I believe this is where I need to go now. I believe I will grow in my relationship with God, as well as spreading my wings, moving out of the house and learning to trust God in the unknown.

I will be starting mid January, so until then I will be working a little extra at our family business, and prepare myself for next year.

After returning from my mission trip, we had a few more practicals to complete, one of them being our wedding practical! It taught us how to practically officiate a wedding should the opportunity ever arise! 

We also had our CBC Cape Town concert! It was a day of so much fun and love!

And then on the 23rd of October I graduated from second year!
